    But if you're going to make a comment in response to a couple of
    regulars, wouldn't it be worth doing a Google Groups search on those
    posters first? Some of the history would then come to light.
    Obviously, only the on group stuff, but still.

  3. Yep. DVLA have been spectaularly thick about stuff; she changed
    her name, wrote and told them, then the new (I think V5s are being
    swapped with V5C (?)) V5C comes back in her madien name.

    All it requires is a slick bit of IT intrastructure for a government
    project... ah!

    And that in a nutshell is why rank newbies get a bit of a hard time
    when they think they can start throwing insults around, see? Lots of
    people have been around here for *ages*, know each other, have got
    pissed together and kipped on each others' floors. Not only that, but
    many of us read *everything* and have done so for several years,
