  7. That's for the court to decide
    Got a reference for that?
If true then it's wrong and the CPS can appeal.
Your constant banging on about johnny foreigner does more to highlight
your prejudices than failures in the legal system.

Don't be daft. Famously acquited, despite Bonwick making faces at the
judge from the back of the court.

    <checks dates>

I'll also hoping to announce another example of my astounding good
    luck very soon.

He's got a point. You let a few foreigners in, they breed and bring in
    their relatives,
they don't respect your customs or religion, and pretty soon they've
    taken over.
Have you tried to buy woad recently? When was the last time you saw a
    blue face?

It's no better in North America or Australia.

Exactly, so long as the CPS and our courts is even handed in
    their punishment.
Unlikely. The CPS worked hard to get him off.
As you clearly don't believe in equality you are hardly in a
position to call me prejudiced. Why not write to 12-y-o Jamie's
grieving mum and tell her you think this is fair?

  12. That would be his defence team. The CPS dropped the death by careless
driving through lack of evidence according to the URLs you posted.
No, I do believe in equality, you're the one trying to make the point
that the evil doers are nasty foreigners. Trying in several threads to
link crimes to asylum seeker whilst citing Enoch Powell.

If you'd read my originally reply you'd have noted I said "If true,
it's wrong" I am not disagreeing the sentence is wrong, I'd also
believe it were wrong if the criminal were white and British.

Following the case at the time one could plainly see the CPS
prosecutor was doing a better job than the man's defence. Eye
witnesses stated Chisango "came out of nowhere" and the boy "flew
through the air like a rag doll" yet the 'prosecutor' insisted in
court that the car was going "only just over the 30mph limit" and
there was no proof Chisango was not driving impeccably.

WTF? He'd admitted to police he'd never had a single driving
lesson. He was drunk, had no licence, no insurance, no mot.
Mechanical failure of the car's brakes or steering had been ruled
out by police. It was a let off, his plea bargain should never
have been accepted. Chisango's paltry sentence was rightly
    branded "obscene".

Do you honestly believe the CPS would not have constructed a
stronger case had you or I killed that boy under the same
circumstances? They unsuccessfully prosecuted *me* for reckless
driving after I'd been hit by a lorry. Another man known to me
caused the death of two female passengers having lost control of
his car on a downhill bend. He was so marginally over the
drink-drive limit it barely registered and there were no
witnesses. The CPS threw the book at him. He's currently serving
    7 years in prison.
Before attaching a nasty racist slur like that you should put
your mouth into the same gear as your twisted brain. In fact I've
stayed clear of the terrorism threads, with the exception of the
tragic Menedez killing where I've been seeking answers along with
many other posters. I've attacked political correctness, not
asylum seekers. If you allege otherwise kindly show me where?

It may have escaped your notice but police and the entire British
media are currently linking crimes to asylum seekers. As regards
Enoch Powell I assume you were reading selectively when I posted:
"I have never said I agree with the speech in it's entirety
    because frankly I don't."

Perhaps a little sympathy for the dead child and his family would
be more appropriate, rather than you taking the opportunity to
press home your own political agenda or belief.
If he were white and British he'd be serving at least 6.5 years,
like the sober, licenced biker in the OP. The CPS is
institutionally pee-cee along with our misguided judges.
So-called "positive racism" is equally as devisive and damaging
to society as the evil racism spread by the skinhead mentality.
