Just had a call from Mum (dunno why she told me though) saying that a Mark
(her b/f) was on the way to gloucester in the minibus, when a bike pulled
out from behind him in a hurry to overtake and ran straight into an
oncoming car. Well, that'll be one more gloucestershire statistic.

If we're going to have these sort of posts can we have a bit more useful
    info please:

eg. Protective clothing worn (if any)
Benefit gained from protective clothing (if any)
Possibility of spares to be had from damaged bike (if any)
    Point of post (if any)
