Bike stolen

  1. Very much doubt this will have any effect but just in case.

On Monday my R6 was stolen from my house. The cunts broke in through a
window, ransacked the house looking for the keys, which they eventually
found. They then smashed the door on the extension where the bike was stored
and rode off with my bike. Whilst ransacking the house they ingnored things
like minidisc players, gameboys etc that were lying around and just went for
    the keys.

Anyway, if anyone gets offered an R6 with the following details it's mine
    :0(

    1999 T Reg Yamaha YZF R6
Black/Red/White colour scheme. Only distinguishing marks are a small scratch
on the rear left hand plastics where the pillions boots have scraped the
plastic off a little. Other than this the bike was immaculate.
Around 8000 miles on the clock.
    Registration number T623 WWY
Bike stolen from south Leeds area

Also can anyone give me any idea of how much I should be hoping to get from
the insurance for this. I bought her 6 months ago for £4500 with 6000 miles
    on the clock.

    TIA

    You overpaid by about £1000.

£3 - 3.5K would be the going rate on a T Plate R6, even one with such a
    ridiculously low mileage.
