Bike recommendation required.

    F'rinstance, I assume it is peg height but on my ole VT I was forever
    clipping my ankles on Taxi bumpers. I haven't done anything like the
    time in traffic on the Bindit but it seems to be that it is the bike
    that gets the caress now.

    No, he said BIG beemers aren't an option.

    The K75 isn't "big" by any means. Last time
    I rode one it felt quite tiny compared to
    other bikes I'd sat on / ridden.
    If he got the RT, yes, that barn door
    nailed to the front would make it "big".
    But I specified the RS, which is a tiny fairing,
    narrower bars, and generally a very narrow bike.

    Thanks for all the suggestions, but, as expected, they're not too
    appealing.
    The bus company are prepared to cough >£2k, which seems a bit keen, to
    me.
