I've had all this lot on my previous bikes aswell but never been stopped
whilst biking in 5 years (touch wood) so not sure what's the usual fine(s)
that could be dished out by some snotty copper for the following and worst
still can you get any points on licence?

    - Race Can [1] which alway makes me feel slightly safer as 'some' can hear
(therefore see) you coming up their rear!
    - Mini square plate (but I seen bikes with much smaller & narrower virtually
    illegible ones)
    - Tinted visor (its a insert actually).

[1] This new Carbon Can Company ti. one's thats making me a bit nervous as
it gets plenty of attention from other road n pave users, my previous bikes
Micron Race Can didnt seem so loud.

Reasonable cause to detain you under the prevention of terrorism act
(exhaust may be a rocket-launcher, small plate and tinted visor to help you
    escape capture).

Two coppers stand up in court and say, "That bloke there, m'lud - he's a
    terrorist he is!"

Life imprisonment and 2 points on your licence.

    Inserts are legal.

The other two things you mentioned are arrestable offences, with a
maximum penalty of lifetime ridicule, but _only_ if you have over 1/2 an
inch of unused rubber on either edge of your rear tyre.

Heh when I brought the bike (at v low mileage) it already had the mini plate
AND actually a inch either side of unused rubber on rear tyre (front still
had fins!) but fairly worn in the middle (the fat fucker!), i've made sure
the wear is more evenly spread :), Can was my addition.
