I have a warm feeling about Kawasakis and have only owned one and a
half. I'll have a two tone wire wheeled Zephyr 750 one day...

I have a complete ambivalence towards Kawasaki, having owned one with
two heads. And will never buy another.

I stopped buying it late last year, it's just got so shit.

In fact, i stopped buying any mags, including Classic & Sportscar, as they
just re-hash the same old shite.

I sank my wealth into buying bags of crisps instead.

Mine definitely won't be another Kawasaki, not until they've sorted out
their build quality issues. My Versys is riddled with corrosion and has
had 5 items replaced so far under warranty, with another 6 waiting to
    be fitted.

My 4 year old Daytona looked better after being ridden through three
winters - my 20 month old Versys has been out on salted roads a maximum
    of 5 times.

Well, if you want a hand doing it.

German and Swedish say 34 quid for the spring, btw. Oh, and they
aren't in Hitchin any more, they've moved to new premises in Letchworth
at the top of Grumpy Ralph's road.

Thanks for the offer mate, but got a friend (Tich) who runs a mobile
repair service doing it mid-week. I had to call him for a hand today
because the wheel was corroded to the hub and I couldn't shift it at
the roadside. I only had the tyres and two suspension bushes replaced
in August, but the muppets didn't coppa-slip the hubs before replacing
    the wheels.
