Bike Magazine Article Help

Trying to locate a copy of Bike magazine, featuring an article on
three lads who went touring around Southern Africa on XT500s (or
DR350s).

I can remember it being in a copy from between 2000 and 2001 and are
hoping that someone here may remember it or have a copy to hand.
Sorry I can't be more accurate!

Can anyone help?

Could be it.... Are there any pictures on a double page feature spread
of three motorcyclists with open faced helmets traveling up a dusty
track (its the picture that stood out most in mind!). If so, thats the
article!!!

The one linked to in previous posts (by the way, leave a bit of the
previous post in so we know what you're replying to) doesn't have that
article in, but it does have the start of Dan Walsh's round the world
trip.

However, I have a sneaking suspicion I have the issue with the article
you're on about. A flick through another couple and November 2000
issue has an article "Following Che", about two lads on DR350s who are
going round South America. There's a few pics of disty roads, but
there's only two of them. Again you're welcome to it.

The only other article I can think of is some guys riding Enfield
bullets back to india. I think there were three of them, but they
weren't on anything like DR350s.
