I'm not being obtuse, or trying to start controversy. I simply cannot
understand why this bitch is all over the news media last night and this
morning.
Nobody walks through customs with a pound and a half of smack in innocence.
Nobody is running smack in SE Asia and Laos without knowing it is a capital
crime.
She and her family are Nigerians anyway, not a good start.

Spending life in a hellhole jail or, more humanely, being executed promptly,
seems about right for the local jurisdiction. Areas where the drug trade
causes untold chaos, crime and suffering.

So why on earth does anyone other than her family GAF.

 

So you're comfortable with a British citizen being sentenced to death (or
life) without legal defence? Are you so familiar with the case that you
know, beyond all reasonable doubt, that she knew she was carrying the drugs?
