BEWARE OF Motorcycle Accessories Warehouse, this company operates under
several different names but they are all under the same roof, they top
the list of the Idaho Better Business Bureau consumer complaints and
    fraud.

They don't own a warehouse (never have) and operate out of a boiler
room calling office and only as a second party drop shipper who may or
may not give you a receipt after they charge your Credit Card and you
will only be able to contact them via fax or thru a scamming "sales"
    dept.

I wish I'd did this *before* I delt with the fly-by-night:

"Read the complains" on Usenet, huge numbers of complaints go back to
    the 90's on this outfit.

Stick with a reliable company that isn't spread all over usenet with
    complaints.

Does anybody know what this vcard script does? Right now, I'm being
    wary of that...

    I believe that it's a sort of electronic business-card. I've run across
them before, I believe. My newsreader doesn't recognize them so it's
just text as far as it's concerned. No possibility of problems for me.
    YMMV.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with MAW. Instead of posting
all that crap above, why don't you post what YOUR specific problem was and
maybe someone here can suggest a resolution or a course of action.

    Krusty,

I believe that the vcard script is an electronic business card probably
from Vistaprint.com. I supposably have one but I can't get it to work
hmm now that I think about it my Zone Alarm is possibly keeping it from
working. Have a Budweiser on me.

It is also an MS Outlook Express business card which can be accessed by:

Tools -> Options -> Compose -> Business Cards -> Mail or News

I've dealt with them & had so-so results; that doesn't mean all those
    BBB complaints are invalid.

MAW sends UCE to me all the time. I make it a personal policy of never
doing business with such companies. If I had been doing business with
them prior to receipt of the first UCE, I would have discontinued all
future transactions; even if past experience had been good.

It's a MicroSloth thing that should be disabled, but many casual users
either don't understand how or don't bother to learn how.

MAW spams with UCE. Nothing more needs to be explained to justify
    blocking their entire domain.

No, I think MAW really is a little "different." For one thing, IIRC the
price they advertize is not the real price, on top of normal shipping
they add a some bogus surcharge. Maybe that's just for tires though.
They don't sell hardly any OEM parts so tires is about all I've bought
    there.

Then, they have this double-whack shipping process, apparently they
don't order anything until you order it from them, so they're slower
    than most.

Nevertheless, I still order from them if their price is *enough* lower
than anything else I can find. But I'll pay a small premium to shop
    elsewhere.

They practice UCE. That's enough to stop all sales regardless of the
quality of their products and services.
