Hi Guys Where's the best place to get stats on the motogp riders ? I'm doing an assignment for uni and thought I'd do something vaguely interesting Stats assignment, predict eventual championship winner (which at this point in the championship should be fairly straight forward unless Rossi breaks himself up) Only need fairly basic stuff but need it for all riders in the championship: - number of races in motogp/500s - number of motogp championship wins (ok that's an easy one) - crash rate in the last couple of years ie distinguish between crash and blown up DNFs) - number of other "major" class championships (ie 250/125/SBK/WSS/ other) - brand ridden now and brand ridden to previous wins Any other obvious predictors of success at Motogp that I should include as a variable ? Age ? Nationality ? I'm expecting to find that brand and number of previous GP wins to be the primary predictors (ie Rossi Biaggi and Gibernau are odds on favourites for obvious reasons...). Will Howard's luck survive another election ? Do Australians not care that their PM is a liar ? http://www.johnhowardlies.com/
Of course there is the obvious... http://www.motogp.org http://www.Crash.net is another worth looking at http://www.europark.com/ny-gpdat/ny-gpdat.htm has lots of results over a variety of classes. Nev.. '03 ZX12R
