Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Hog
Looks pretty straightforward <glances admiringly at brand spanking new
    CNC mill>.

I'd need to run some measuring stuff over it to make a drawing, that I
could then make <glances admiringly at brand spanking new CNC mill>.

Cost of materials, basically. Get a few signed up[1] and get me a look
at the original and you're on. <glances admiringly at brand spanking new

[1] There will be a minimum buy on the material.

You could sell a *few* for £50 a time I reckon. It could be improved BTW,
neatened up. There would be pre and post Mono versions.

I'm not looking to sell any, as such. I'm happy to knock a couple out
for UKRMers, and if they want to get others involved to spread the cost
    of materials, that's cool.

This is a hobby, not a business. And I really, really don't want it to
    become one.

Is it? Really? Odd, I thought it was an answer. Ah well.

    Yippee!

There's nothing wrong with the handling of my R80, but... it's a go
faster bolt on and that's rare for an R80 :)

Ok it's not then. Fear abated {)=

I know you don't want to end up spending *all* your time making bits or
    straightening bits for UKRM

It's not the time taken that the problem, really.

I'll do jobs on an 'as-and-when' basis. If I end up taking money for
jobs, next thing I've got 'customers' hassling me for delivery. Then it
    stops being fun.

  20. Consider me signed on.

Slowly I will replace everything on my R80. Anybody tried the 1000cc
    lightweight piston conversion from motorworks?

    Cheers,
