"BBC Sport have agreed a new five-year contract to broadcast television
    coverage of the MotoGP Championship.
The deal extends coverage on the BBC until 2009 and means 12 out of 14 races
in 2004 will be shown live."

I prefer British Eurosport, actually, with added technical experts (1)
    and raw enthusiasm.

And you can watch hours of testing sometimes without any commentry, just
turn the amp up and pretend you are there.

    1. Randy Mamola for one.

    Given that rather limited choice............no.

Which is why I'll carry on watching it on Eurosport.

    So how would you know?

To be honest, I used to switch across to even more pikey terrestrial to
watch during the ad breaks and then turn back to get the better
    commentary.

Anyway, what's pikey about analogue NTL? Poor people have digital too.

Excellent news. Which means you can watch it at home, and won't need to go
to the Spanish GP. And hopefully, that means an end to the stupid
    questions.

On a related topic, I found out where the track in Doha is, which is
hosting a round in October. Today's task is to phone them up and see
    if they have trackdays...

What's the licence situation like? Could you actually go into the local
Honda dealer (I assume there is one) and ride off
    with a new Fireblade?
