bay bridge edge traps

    They are milling the center and center left lanes on the upper deck of
    the
    Bay Bridge on the SF side of Treasure Island. The milled sections
    strattle the two lanes; on last Thursday, there were two sections of
    road way so treated. No warning signs that I saw.
