possibly - ask Linger - he had it after me, and then sold it to
someone else...

 

The DVLA were quick enough to send me a "you must pay your road tax" thingy
last summer yet that website shows the last change of ownership as being in
1993 - which is odd cos I distinctly remember make the purchase and filling
in the docs in 2002.

 

Maybe, like "live" stock market prices, the free data is "aged", or is only
as recent as a year ago, and for a "premium" you can have the complete upto
date data?

Makes business sense.
