  4. I don't see why the signature of a 1970 Playboy Pet of the year should make
    it any more valuable

  5. Can someone tell me what the Sheen connection is? I assume it is not
Barry Sheene. I can't see him having anything to do with this
monstrosity and the name is just coincidental.

    maybe read the website?

""Barry Sheene was a hero – of mine and everyone else. Supremely
talented on a high speed race bike, courageous, determined, magical to
watch in action, he was also irrepressibly cheeky, funny and seemed
never without a smile. He did things his own way, and always with
    passion and spirit.

When I decided to create the world’s ultimate road bike, the image of
Barry and all he represents was foremost in my mind; I believe the
Icon Sheene is a fitting tribute to this remarkable man, and I’m very
fortunate to have his family’s backing for the project.

And because Barry was so extraordinary, I knew my bike had to be, too.
So it’s handmade. In Britain. It features extreme levels of power and
performance. And it’s massively entertaining to ride hard. And in
creating it I’ve felt proud and humble to work alongside many of the
talented individuals and companies who helped Barry to win two World
    Championships.

The Icon Sheene – of which just 52 will ever be made – is a new breed
    of road bike, the ultrabike.
I think Barry would have approved!

  7. Ahh, didn't scroll down far enough.

Having worked with Sheene on Super bike telecasts in the 80s, I reckon
he'd hate it too if he was still around.

I like the concept of the engine (being the horsepower freak I am) but
I will state the is the ugliest thing I have seen in a long while,
along side a Buell and that German thing a decade ago that ran a
Cosworth 2 litre turbo engine. Yeah I want horsepower and I can put up
with Hayabusa's looks but come on, that has been hit with a big "ugly
    stick".

The first thing it reminded me of was Mike Wazowski, from Monsters Inc.
Then when I saw this picture and realised that he doesn't believe it
    either!

  14. He must be rolling in his grave so fast he has dug himself half way to China.
Ugly as a hatfull of arseholes that has been set on fire then put out with an
    icepick.

It does look rather like what might happen if a Katana and a Griso met
in a dark alley and had very unsatisfactory sex.

And one of them left a very big arseprint of it's bunghole right in the
    middle of the fairing.
    (and a smilie-face beneath)
