This is approaching the lethal dose.
According to the interweb thingy, 150mg/Kg is the lethal dose,
or about 10g for an average stiff.

Typical values:
Instant coffee - 60mg/cup - LD 150 cups
Real Coffee - 100mg/cup - LD 100 cups

So 40 double espressos in a session could be fatal,
especially if one is still over the limit from the night before.
