Donks ago I dropped the GSXR, and scuffed up the bar end.

I have got some new ones and got the left one swapped over with no
issues. I cant however, get the right one off. The screw spins (as does
the end) but it never undoes, it actually feels like the rubber bung bit
is spinning round inside the bar.

Any ideas how to get the thing off?

Given you have new bar ends already you could try the destructive
    approach...

Angle grinder the head off it, slide the bar end over the remaining
thread.. attack with mole grips and gusto.

If it's scuffed up anyway, can you get some pipe or mole grips on it
and put some lateral force on it (rather than twisting) whilst you
    turn the screw ?

Gav, pull it out as you turn the screw, use some force via molegrips.

    BTDTGTTS.
Angle grinder to make a slot to get a grip, then a slide hammer to
    pull it out.

If you're turning the screw by hand, use a drill instead. The rubber
will either get hot enough to grip the bar, or wear enough to pull out
    easily.
