I think that mach claim is a little dodgy.
Lets examine it
from my flight sim days:

mach_number = 0.015025 * true_airspeed / SQRT(Ambient_temperature);

Rearrange:

true_airspeed = SQRT(Ambient_temp) * mach_number / 0.015025

Assume 10oC thats 283.15 kelvin


true_airspeed = 16.82 * 0.08539 / 0.015025

OK 95.63 feet per second

Thats 95.63/(1760*3) * ( 60 * 60)

65.20327263896174647200 MPH
