Has anyone here tried Reggae Reggae Sauce on a bacon sarnie? Any good?
I read on the interwebby thing that they'd started selling it in Sainsbury's branches nationally. -- _______ ..'_/_|_\_'. Ace (brucedotrogers a.t rochedotcom) \`\ | /`/ GSX-R1000K3 (slightly broken, currently missing) `\\ | //' BOTAFOT#3, SbS#2, UKRMMA#13, DFV#8, SKA#2, IBB#10 `\|/` `
OK. Cool. I gotta try me some. Although, I'm not sure a jerk/barbecue sauce would "go" on a bacon buttie.
No, but I have just tried it on some chicken, via a charcoal barbecue. Bloody lovely. Not sure it'd work with a bacon sarnie. Very heavy on the onion and quite overpowering.
Pah. OK Fruity Sauce is the thing for a bacon sarny. With decent quality back or streaky, thick fresh bread and butter!
Has anyone here tried Reggae Reggae Sauce on a bacon sarnie? speaking of bacon and reggae try saying beer can without saying bacon in jamaican or something
Bollocks. I bought a bottle online after seeing him on the telly to help 'spin his wheels' it arrived quickly and then I got the cost of it completely refunded as they (the Dragon's Den bloke) didn't want people paying the full online price for it! (Not cheap at about £4.50!) How much fairer than that can it get? The sauce was/is fine too - it'll never put HP out of business, needless to say...
