    road" (or "Access only") Speed limit 20mph.

    And on the odd occasion where something slightly higher than running speed
    is exceeded, it guarantees a few more quid into the council coffers. Or
    wherever the **** it eventually goes.

    I'm SO fucking glad I don't live in, work in or even have to visit the
    capital.

    [1] What word do I want here? "Estate" sounds a bit pikey, and
    "Development" a bit up itself.
