    Not stupid at all.
    Halloween, 2009, and some kind woman in a car decided to try and rip my left
    leg off.
    One re-built pelvis, one skin graft and a shit load of Titanium later and I
    now have an almost working leg - sadly the left foot does not have any
    upward movement due to the nerve being severed . . . hence I need an
    alternative way to change gear.
    Luckily most of my other bikes are right foot shift, so it's only the rear
    brake I have to worry about altering.
