Back again: Anything i missed?

Due to a combination of a 3 day repair on the laptop turning into a 4 week
plus repair[1], and my own fucking laziness Ive been off UKRM for a month or
so.

Anything (of any consequence) happened?

[1] Good news though is that if it goes to 6 weeks they replace the now 3
yearold laptop with a nice new one [2]

[2] You just know it'll be returned with a day to spare :-(

 

Ouch, everyone still alive and (more or less) intact?

No and Yes.

Ace is still in hospital in Basel or somesuch after having an argument
with a crash barrier causing substantial injuries to his ribs and
spine which has involved surgery and is still in intensive care for a
while yet ("Ace Down" thread up there somewhere) and Uncle Lozzo had
too many pies and caused his rear suspension to collapse and land on
his rear tyre and he has bruises.

Oh, and a tamp grabbed my hand so hard (on the way to Barclays in my
lunch hour) and has left a bruise. The ****.

 

Tamp? Is this some 'in house' talk I've not been made aware of?
