Depends which way they're facing I think all those I've seen so far
are bike friendly. They are now as the article shows making their way
outside of roadworks, M3 off the M25 for a start.

MLE of average speed zones is it get pretty difficult to speed in a
car because of the roadblock effect of all the other cars.

I'd love to know how any average speed cameras in central London are
going to track vehicles at an average of over 30mph, unless they're
recording over incredibly short distances when a fixed speed camera
would be just as effective anyway.

When they've talked about it before they've said it's for traffic
calming to stop people rat running through estates.
