Well, dwb was there on the V-turbulence

As was I (but not on the V-turbulence)

There was a bloke that looked like he'd not come that far (there was a
risk his smock may have got caught up in his Buell) and there was a
    bloke with a CB1000 turbo.

And a couple of VFRs, and about 6 early CBR600s.

    And that was about it.

Playing with my tools did improve this slightly on the way home.

It was a tad chilly too - heated grips on full.

On the + side, the headlights truly are amazing, which is nice.
    They certainly were.. characters.

Being your tool holder made my evening.
Eh? I had to turn the air con on as I'd forgotten to take me fleece off
before setting off. I was *roasting*
I was originally tempted to refer to the Buell owner as the world's
first surviving brain transplant donor, but you're right; the word
    "character" will do nicely.

Are you sure you're allowed to do that in public?

Pub carparks are the best place aren't they?

I could also possibly have said we had two extra spanners, but that would be
rude - they were nice blokes, if somewhat differently minded.

You know what was odd about it though - in the pub there seemed to be loads
of people kitted out in bike gear - yet there weren't enough bikes outside
for them all to have been on one.

Yeah I know, and TBH I didn't look in it - but considering the main one was
quite empty (Gyp managed to park next to the seating area) it seemed 'odd'
that people would park their bikes in the NT car park.
