Guess what? I just got an email from POSL, five minutes ago.

Yes, they actioned the refund and it went through (they say) onto my
credit card (which I used for the booking) on Monday 22 June, or three
days ago. Or two months after I asked for it.

I'll check the CC statement when I get it, and assuming that it has
indeed been re-credited, bung you off the dosh.
