Attn Loz. How on earth do you adjust the clock on this bike?

    Hi.

I can do just about anything to it now. EXCEPT adjust the damn clock!
Did you give ma a handbook (as opposed to workshop manual) with it
because I've lost it if you did.

Any clues? I know it'll be easy. It always is.

For the Lurkers it's his / Hogs GSXR1000 k1. Anyone else got one know
    how?

    Ta.

On the 750k2 you just hold adj and select when you are on the clock
function then use adj to move the hour and select to swap to min. It was
also the same on my Bandit 1200k1, so I asume it would be the same on your
    gsxr.

Why on earth was it ever set on GMT? Just leave it on BST in the
future and at least it'll serve as a reminder that biking shouldn't be
    done in the winter.
No probs. I was glad to help.

A bit unfair, expecting your mother to sort it out for you.

I gave you a handbook, it's in with all the paperwork you got with it.
If it's like the Triumph one then the sequence is like this:

Press the select button til the clock comes up, then press select and
adjust at the same time and hold them on til the hour flashes, release
buttons and use adjust button to scroll up the hours. Press select once
you've changed the hour to swop to minutes, adjust minutes using adjust
button to suit then press again to return to normal mode.

I said it'd be easy! I'll look at it in the morning. I thought I'd
had a handbook, but I'm damned if I know where it is atm.

    Thanks.

I certainly gave you it, cos it ain't in the drawer with all the bike
    paperwork I keep.

I got a bit wrong. To return to normal mode after adjusting minutes you
    press select, not adjust.

It's never been set to anything like the right millennium since I've
had it. I thought it was about time (sic) I got around to it.

    Appreciated.

Me and 'er tried every combination of pressing the two buttons we
could think of. Er, maybe except pushing them both at the same
    time...

    Hides.
