Got pissed off with brake fade and fitted a better front brake setup.
Does rolling stoppies now, much like my old FZR250RR. :)

It's not that ridiculous, considering that it's quite quick for a scooter.

  4. You'll be wanting to take that red rear tyre off then and yes, having
ridden it, it is quick for scooter.

That's such a shite tyre. It'll learn me for grabbing a bargain (not!).
I'm trying to wear it out with random doughnuts and stuff... but it's
like riding on Bakelite. Getting some pilot sports this week, so not
    long left to go.

  6. Pilot sports are good, Bakelite is what radios cabinets were made from
    in the war.

Heh.. quite. Those diddy scooter pilot sports are about twice the price
of all the other scooter tyres. I hope they grip as good as people say
    they do.

  8. If they're like full-sized motorbike tyres they'll be more than good
enough, I took a pair to the ragged edge on my XT round mallory. Those
tyres had more grip than I've got talent.
