ISTR that only applies to 6 months after getting your _first_ full
license, so, assuming you've had a car license for longer than 2 years I
think you're fine.

I take it you did a car test before you did your A2?

How many years ago was your full Cat-B Car licence granted? IIRC,
your two years starts to tick down from the day you get your first
full licence. ie. If you've had your car licence for 2 years, but get
six points from your bike on the first day you get your A2 granted,
you're entitled to a full 12 points before you have to resit your test
under the New Drivers Act.

So hopefully you won't have to do an A2 again. However, if you do get
your licence taken away you will have to re-sit your Cat-A and Cat-B
theory tests and re-take your Cat-A and Cat-B practical tests.

What's the worse that could happen? You could try denying it altogether
but how far that gets you is anyone's guess.

Dunno. If he had no line of sight. It really depends on whether you know
you're guilty or not. I've seen forensic detectives with the sound off
so I know these things
