ARSEBISCUITS! Lost in Court

As soon as the woman judge entered the courtroom my barrister looked at her
and informed me we are sunk!.

By the actions, demeanour and comments from the judge it was clear that
either she'd made her mind up before the trial started, thought all this
action was a waste of her precious time or she hated bikers.

Witness statements from the other side taken as accurate and true, even when
they appeared similar word for word and obviously there had been some
collaboration between them. Extra pictures of the scene and the road etc
meant bugger all to the judge as she is a circuit judge and unfamiliar with
    the areas involved.
My version of the incident which was cross examined by a spotty bespectacled
wanker of a barrister, still wet behind the ears was very loudly poo pooed,
which gave the judge a grin.

My witness statement disregarded in it's entirety.

2 versus 1 witnesses always wins the day apparently so we were gonna lose
    whatever.

The only good thing to come out of al this was I get to keep the bike.

No dosh to me then so I am still poor and have to rebuild it on me own.

Why were you in court? Was this the Goldwing/Roadside interface, or
    something else?

What relevance has the gender of the judge in this matter? Serious
    question.

It's never that time of the month for a male judge.

Oh, and he won't adjourn the case to go and have his hair done.

  8. Maybe next time you should cover your face in boot polish, call yourself
Ravi Patel and you'll be OK. You might even get a house into the
    bargain.

  9. Bugger all. I reckon Robbo's barrister must've been unconfident to begin
with if a look can shake his defence.
