The AR H.O.G rally will be in Hot Springs,Ar. this weekend of 09-16
    thru 09-18-05.
This'll be our third year to attend.
There'l be 3 Harleys and 2 Honda Shadows going. One of the Harleys is a
$26,000 Trike. We've never rode with a Trike. Have any of ya'll?
There'll be 3 Gals riding as twoUps. My wife, My daughter, and Kirbys
    GalFriend.

There's usually a 3,000 plus, assortment of Motorcyles, that show up,
in the little town, of about 20,000 (guessing)
I would imagine, that 60% of the Bikers are Harley owners. (guessing).
It really gets exciting and fun, when the sun gets lower. We like
hanging out at Big Daddys across from the Race Track.

Last year some soCalled Gang Bikers were there at the little joint. They
had Chicago Southside something on their jackets. I remember they
dranked coffee, not beers, like we were doing. I talked to one of them
and he said he didnt drink when he was about to be confronted by another
    Gang. (I grinned to myself,wink)

Later that evening a few Locals did show up, but nothing happened,
Atleast not while we were there, we left about midnight. It was
interesting. I have never been around those types. I have seen folks,
that dressed the part, to look the part, etc. One told me, that
they all don't ride Harleys, the myth is that they do. That they ride
ole, ragged Harleys. These guys and gals were riding some, metrics..
    These were the real McCoys.
Actually, they were polite to us. They didnt get loud, or roudy. They
did have a certain attitude, that stood out.
    More later, Bjay!

‘‘Thanks for posting the above Bjay.
I hope you guys have a good ride, and have a good time. I've never been
to that HOG rally, I just might try to make it sometime. Yes, I imagine
that would be cool to ride along with a Harley Trike.
Tell us more, when ya get back. looking forward to it.

I was in Hot Springs this weekend as well. Bust ass to get up there Friday
night, anticipating a nice time Saturday. But, oh no. That morning I'm on
the friggin' phone and laptop working, as my system was dead in the
    water...out of business.
Finishing up around 5 pm left me time enough only to attend the Doobie
Brothers (performed flawlessly) concert at Magic Springs and watch the
    fireworks afterwards.

A nice ride back Sunday through Mena and across the skyway, then southwest
    from there.

Did anyone see me? I was the guy wearing a HOG nose.
