  2. It'll have to be two screwdrivers; a flat-blade and a Philips... can't tell
what type of head's on the bloody thing from the x-rays...

(knowing my luck, it'll be left-handed thread, too...)

I've got one of those little sets of posidrive, triwing and
torx-secure bits, but you'll have to wash them afterwards.

Did they put a little tattoo on saying "no user servicable
    parts inside" ...?

  4. Actually probably a hex-head - most ortho appliances are. Just depends on
    size, brand...............

My 8days and 18hours old Triumph Sprint was pretty damn sweet when I was lapping Phillip Island.......
(although it did live again....[primarily 'cause it wasn't insured so I HAD to fix it!!]... it just wasn't as
    sweet anymore)

Damn; that really deserves painful retribution!!
What is it about 4WDs that so lulls their operators?

I was waiting to turn right on a major Brisbane road (Sandgate Rd) last week when the traffic banked up and I
waited for the oncoming Landrover to see me and leave the intersection clear but he was asleep and realised at
the last instant jamming on the [antiskid?] anchors and just stopping a foot or so behind the young chick in
the baby Peugot....... tough luck for the Sheila in the postie-van behind him though as she slammed into him
    and caused the three-car nose-to-tail.
I stopped by (after dropping off gNat) to offer my witness details and I just wanted to smack the shit-eating
****-pig as he smiled and said "she's at fault"!

Yeah maybe, the bike might have a nut loose at the wheel too.
