  7. Who says "killing is wrong" ?
Exactly which federal or state law are said soldiers breaking?
Which soldiers are you referring to?
In reality soldiers are only "murders" if and when they're found guilty of
murder by a court of law. Usually the court of law whose jurisdiction is
    accepted by the winning side
Now go away and think of a better line to troll

The laws according to Moses, possibly?
Soldiers who have killed people probably.
If someone murders another, that person is a murderer. Why would they
need to be found guilty of anything?

That is irrelevant, and I think he made those orders in god's name not
his own, though the infanticide and rape of the virgin females may have
    been his own idea.
Perhaps, but only if they were people.
No. Why would you think such a thing?

Uniformed Soldiers in the service of a recognised force who kill under
orders in accordance with the rules of engagement in a declared theatre of
war are not guilty of murder as murder is "the unlawful premeditated killing
    of one person by another".

All very interesting, but I don't know why you are replying to me. It
seems to be the original troller and C(obviously not a rank).A.L who you
should be directing your comments to. It's not relevant to anything I
posted, though I note you have removed the comments I was replying to
and thus changed the context of my comments to try to make it look like
    it is.

    Yes; "Murder".
    Otherwise they're just killers.

They not a murderer until they're found guilty of murder.

The person who executes a prisoner sentenced to death in Texas is not a
murderer. The doctor who administers a lethal concoction to an elderly
cancer patient who request euthanasia in the Netherlands is not a murderer.

Taking a life does make you a murderer, a court finding you guilty of murder
    does.

Using such a definition, a person is not murdered, merely killed, until
their killer is convicted of murder... and, if the victim were killed
and not murdered, how could their killer be found guilty of murder.
    Logical flaw and obvious catch-22.

That's very interesting I'm sure, but supplying a couple of examples of
not-murder and then explaining that they are not-murder does little to
disuade me from believing that a person who commits murder is a murderer.

Eh? The victim is killed and the killer is a killer until he's found guilty
of murder; then he's a murderer. Where's the conflict in that?
The killer might also be found to have committed justifiable-homicide,
manslaughter or a host of other crimes, or may be found innocent or not
    worth prosecuting.
The victim is still just as killed.
