are coppers easier to see?

    is an article about Italy wanting to stop people carrying kids under 5
    on mopeds and how it's unlikely to work.

    but right at the end...

    "A 74-year-old woman driving a Fiat Panda allegedly apologised for the

    her, or her police escort."

    Reminds me of an old Bob Newhart skit. "The red light blinded you.
    The flashing red light blinded you. The flashing red light on the car
    you hit blinded you. Yes, officer, she was just telling me about
    it...."

    There was a truck driver in the NT recently who failed to see the Ghan,
    which is a rather large train, so what hope do the rest of us have?
