My lads RS125 is not charging it's battery. I had to fit a new one
t'other day (old was utterly shagged) but it's still not charging. The
battery voltage stays at 11.75V. Now the thing is I can't physically
find the voltage regulator. Anyone know where it should be fixed on the
bike? A Google found several references to failure problems but no location.
I've looked in all the usual places but it's not there.
I have a horrible suspision that it may have been "removed" i.e. pinched.
    Thanks

Found the f**k*r - it's under the seat hump just in front of the rear
light. Reason for failure is obvious - the wires have rotted away where
they fit into the connectors crimp terminals. Time to apply new crimps
and heatshrink (well tomorrow night anyway).
