How do you remove the bar ends?
If they're the same as the Mille's then.... "Clamp existing bar end & unscrew bolts on end. Using Molegrips unscrew internal nut."
Pshaw! I've had 2 milles[1] No idea how the bar ends come off, sadly. Eddie's had one, I think. [1] more on the new one at the end of the weekend, when I've had more of a chance to ride the thing, but in short "it's all good"
Not since somebody tried a U-turn in front of him, he hasn't. Still that was a whole year ago, so you can't be expected to remember. -- AndrewR, D.Bot (Celeritas) Kawasaki ZX-6R J1, Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo BOTAFOT#2,ITJWTFO#6,UKRMRM#1/13a,MCT#1,DFV#2,SKoGA#0 (and KotL) BotToS#5,SBS#25,IbW#34, DS#5, COSOC# Suspended, KotTFSTR# The speccy Geordie twat.
*ahem* I haven't read the rest of the thread yet, but if you still need to know, mail me: I'll have a look in the workshop manual.

Grip end driving torque: 35 Nm (3.5 kgm). o Slide off the end piece. o Insert the nozzle of a compressed air gun between the grip and the handlebar. o Blow air, moving the gun's nozzle with a rotary movement and, at the same time, seize the other grip with the other hand and slide it off. [1] The character for the 'off' position isn't on my keyboard.
