    Hi folks,

I have never sold a bike/car/anything so I come to you for help. I
have some unique variables which are making prices I've seen on
ebay/classifieds tough to apply to my bike.

    I have a 1998 FZR 600, 18,*** miles (80% highway) with a V&H SS2R full
exhaust + K&N air filters + jetting from redwood city Yamaha techs.
The bad news is that a year and a half ago I dropped the bike when
someone made a left turn into my leg. It was all super low speed
(<5mph) but I could not avoid dropping the bike and tipping over.

As you've imagined, all the plastics are all damaged, and have since
been removed from the bike (though I still have them stored). The bike
runs great otherwise, and I am absolutely religious with the oil
    changes.

Other details: Single owner, *never* taken to the track or dumped at
speed, and has a clean title.

I have no clue what this bike should sell for and would greatly
    appreciate any help!

Please excuse me if threads of this type are typically frowned upon.

    thanks in advance
    mike

    Appraisal tools here:
Very helpful, thanks! And I'll keep that in mind, but I wasn't even
sure where to start for an asking price :)

And KBB for bikes, had no clue that even existed, d'oh.

Looks like suggested retail is $3340. Guess I'll ask for $2500 and see
if anyone bites. Hopefully that doesn't sound crazy.

Thanks again all, really appreciate it.
