Technically never served for Australia and so is not recognized as a
veteran.

I think it's perfect. The guy has made so many mis-steps in the very
few things he's said about his alleged time there that his claim is
highly suspect.

Well, I can tell you that nearly to a man, Vietnam veterans would take
a very dim view of someone impersonating one of their own. It has
nothing at all to do wit what you personally think, Peter, and
everything to do with the question "Is Frost an imposter?"

I don't go to Vietnam veterans' gatherings these days, but I've been
to a few in the past, and I can assure you that if Frost was at a
gathering where I told them some of the things he's said about his
time in Vietnam, I can _assure_ you they would _insist_ he provide
proof. I'm telling you, the guy is suss.

You're right. I find it hard to find positives about the mass murder
of three million Vietnamese and another two million in Laos and
Cambodia. Nor about the pointless loss of 500+ Aussie soldiers who
died in a stupid war.
