Anywhere in Houston I can have by brake pads sanded?

I've got a '95 Honda Nighthawk 250cc, and both brakes make an annoying
shrieking noise every time I press them. However, they are not worn,
in the sense they still work well, and the indicators seem fine. I
called Stubbs (in Houston) and first they told me that my pads need to
be sanded, then they said I need to replace my drumbrakes. What
complicates things is that Stubbs doesn't have a sander.
I don't know if I really need to replace them, or just find a place in
Houston to sand the pads and save $100. Any suggestions? Does anyone
know a place in Houston (inner loop, preferably) where they sand
    drumbrakes of motorcycles? Thanks

  2. Better yet, clean it out with a can of break cleaner. There is then a much
lower chance of breathing the dust.

Why not just replace them with a new set?
