The Velcro fastener ( not sure of the correct name ) on top flap of the
jacket is pretty much buggered and the top flap flaps away annoying the shit
out of me. Yes, I am getting in a real flap about it.

So is easy to replace or better going to a leather shop ( boot maker ?? )
and getting a button/ stud or whatever put on it ?

  2. You can get rolls of velcro tape from spotlight/dressmaking shops. Just sew a
new bit on. Is the jacket leather?

I'd find it inconvenient to carry around a stapler just so I could put
my jacket back on after a break.....

Anyone know a leather craft shop or boot maker or anyone that works in
    leather in the Illawarra

It's not rocket science. Go to the nearest shopping centre and find the
    Multi-service booth.

  6. Any shoe repair shop should be able to do it.
