The motor home is a 1999 Itasca Sunrise. It has 50,070 miles on it. It
is 31 feet long. Has a 454 V8. It has a $3000 GPS and automatic
computer operated leveling jacks. Every thing on it works. The payoff
on it is about $23,096.

1999 Play-Mor, everything works, good tires, one piece
fiberglass sides and rubber roof. One slide out carries couch
and dinette. One Queen bed, garage walled off from living
space, diamond plate floor in garage and on loading ramp.
$12,500.00 slightly negotiable to folks with motorcycles.
It'll handle two dressers in the garage if you move the
tie downs. Folks with 4 wheelers are on their own and
the price is firm.
