Before I contemplate bunging it on ebay (and I don't really know what the
going rate is for them at the moment):

    Honda VFR400 v4 nc30 1990 (g reg)

    Tax/test until sept 04.

31600km on clock (19,000 miles approx). Brand new rear tyre.

Braided brake hoses, Kmh>mph speedo faceplate conversion fitted (mileage
counter still shows in KM, but you know how fast you're going in mph on
the dial now). Scorpion exhaust can fitted. Solo seat (no rear footpegs).
    Single sided swingarm.

one side has new lower right panel in plain white (not tremendously
noticeable, it just lacks the pattern on the one side at the bottom). One
of the bolts on the side of the seat has broken (it won't fall off, or
make you fall off, but is just slightly loose).
Fan has manual switch fitted as auto cutoff didn't seem to kick in at the
right time (easily accessible, near choke lever). Gearshift lever has
lost it's rubber cover, which had been replaced with several nuts fitted
to a bolt by the previous owner).
Upper left fairing is slightly cracked and scuffed, repaired with
fibreglass kit on the inside by previous owner.
Fairing clips are all intact though, so it doesn't fall apart when you
    need access to something inside.

Rear compartment under padded panel at back contains original toolkit.

Good runner, the brakes work and the engine doesn't appear to make any
    abnormal noises.

You're in Gloucestershire aren't you? What sort of price are you after?

£1500 or close to - seems to be the going rate judging by ebay and
    adverts.
