Sounds more like it. Now, how would one go about getting a press pass?

Sorry, I obviously wasn't clear. What I meant to say was this:

Now, how would one go about blagging a press pass while actually
having nothing whatsoever to do with the press in any shape or form.

  8. You may not have a choice. We only just managed to get a hotel booked in
December as they're all full in the area. We've booked one in Alencon
~30 miles north of Le Mans

  12. Shhhhh!

    :)))

I did actually incorporate the freelance photographic agency as part of
my own company and supplied articles (that I made up) to become
accredited with several organisations. I could then issue my own press
    passes.
It also helps if you can get letters of commission from a bike mag or
    two.

  13. I did it for the Le Mans car race, for a mate.

We had a magazine called "Finishing", which was all about surface
treatment, and I used the letterhead of that.

I've got a mate going down from London and I know he's camping and
he'll reserve me a place for me tent.

Not like the SOB run Bol, where I dossed in my mates cage.
