Anyone recommend a spoked wheel builder?

    Hi,
    riding a Kawasaki VN-15 on spoked wheels and a couple of them have worked a
    little loose.
    Something to do with wheel bearings collapsing and throwing strange forces
    on to the wheel.
    Can anyone here recommend a company capable of tightening them up for me and
    most importantly keeping the wheel in a circular form!
    Would prefer West Midlands/Shropshire but anywhere considered.
