Just come back from my Ultra Sound scan and I got 3 or 4 3mm buggers sat
    there doing nothing.

So I've named the Asterix Gettafix and Obelix

Now I have to see the Dr and see if I need another operation.

Not personally but the MIL has suffered them, the doc put her on a low
fat diet which is supposed to reduce the likelyhood of them getting
worse and she seems to be doing well.

    until they went away.

How did you know you had them in the first place, or did you have some other
    symptoms?

I had blood tests after my transplant that gave a few clues, bad guts and
drowsiness, a haltered for Romans and an uncontrollable want for roasted
    wild boar.

wessie came up with the following;:
I get kidney stones regularly every few years, I have a 'condition',
apparently, that exascerbates their growth, and can confirm they hurt. They
    fucking hurt

I tend to get (they counted them one time) about thirty or so, all very,
very tiny which they called dusters, stones at a time. Damn they fucking
hurt, for weeks they hurt, until they stop forming and then it's all OK
again. I'll not mention how they counted them other than to say they stick
a small camera up my penis .... which feels a bit strange to say the least,
even with a local naaesthetic .. I was not a happy bunny that week. ;)

    remove gall bladder.

As a kid, one of my four kidneys (its a family trait [1]) got diseased
and started passing itself in rotten bits down the tube. Like pissing
razor blades it was. Prior to an op to remove it, I underwent an
endoscopy which left the old todger very sore for a few days and it
felt like I was passing *red-hot* razor blades.

[1] For sale, two healthy kidneys.
