Anyone got a use for a CRT?

    I've got a 15" and 14" CRT waiting to go in the bin. The scrotes on
    freecycle don't, so before they go in the bin, does anyone here want em?
    Chesterfield or Sheffield area...

    They recycle em? IME they get shot...

    AIUI they now recycle all electrical appliances (think of the current
    value of copper in the windings etc.) and the tubes contain heavy metals
    that are hazardous waste and have to be safely disposed of.
