anyone anything to do with bundaberg motorcycles

I know them ok..

I wouldn't trust them that much, but they seem ok, the younger one, seems a
good bloke, the boss doesn't...

I brought a scooter off em once, that was work shop inspected and guaranteed
to be perfect

with in hours of buying it, that story changed when I brought it back
broken, something in the gearbox.

They fixed it after much anger over the phone and threats of fair trading.

a few months later the whole gearbox blew up, a week after a service, which
they offered to buy it off us as they needed the parts for another scooter
they had. Convenient or coincidence I don't know. Personally I wont go back
their again.

Its that Honda, Suzuki place you have to watch out for their though, never
met a bike shop that treated me that bad.25% off a $20 rjays backpack came
to $60 apparently, when I questioned him he tried to confiscate my atm card
until I paid for it, which was at the front counter, after I gave him a
piece of my mind during their grand opening sale of their new building
infront the local radio station, he eventually told me were to go and threw
my card back at me..

Did I mention somebody stole all my bike luggage in Bundaberg, its a great
town for me, that and the in-laws live their too..

If that's the one in Woondooma St who is the local Harley dealer too then
they're OK in my book. He went out of his way to do some warranty work for
me after a local mate recommended him.

I think the other one MB talked about is KB Motorcycles? If that's the same
bloke who opened a new showroom, which was delayed because someone smashed
his windows, then yeah, his name's pretty much mud in town.

The hairy, i mean harly one is the one I was talking about, Bundy cycles.
little shop, if it wasn't for that scooter, I would say their good, ive
brought gear and stuff from em no worries, given me some at cost price after
my stuff was flogged, guess they took pity on the poor uni student who lost
everything.

Hope those pricks get a surprise when they opened them up to find only law
text books with nsw police written all over em.. haha..

oh did I mention not to park yoru bike in the entrance to a shopping centre
for 5 minutes with your luggage padlocked to your bike? nobody sees
anything..

 

this is the crowd i have been speaking about - been talking to gareth , who

A country cop, yeah. A city cop, well, he'd think on his feet and
decide pretty quickly that the path of least paperwork would be to
'determine' that the whole episode was entirely *your* fault, write
you up lots and "lots fo tickets", and apologise profusely to the
silly bint who tried to kill you.

That's the ones. I'd deal with 'em again but MB reckons they're no good for
second hand scooters.

Don't suppose you can go wrong buying new but.

dont need to get valve clearances checked for a long time.
