Anybody tried the new Z750?

    I quite fancy one of these; I must try to find a test ride.

    Anybody here already ridden/bought one? Opinions?

    I've not ridden one but apparently it does have cheaper suspension than
    the Z1000 it's based on. That may be your undoing.

    Yes. April 6th 2004.
    I loved it. But there again I love most bikes.

    It has a lot more torque that it should for a 750 [1] and I found
    myself trying to snick up to a higher gear when in top. It will
    wheelie very easily off the throttle in first and it's easy to clutch
    up in 2nd and 3rd. It revs very quickly.

    Excellent balance and very chuckable with really good brakes.

    It was very green

    *NB:
    No furry animals were killed during the test and no references were
    made to how fast it will corner, how high it can wheelie with good
    control. *
