Any of you buggers got a contract out on me?

Coming back from a training session, I overtook a petrol tanker which
was already giving it some. Further down the road, about 300 yds, I
pulled up at a set of lights that turned red, in the middle of three
lanes, in good time and without upsetting anyone.

As is my habit, I checked my mirrors and saw said tanker still
barrelling down the road. I thought "****, he's not going to stop!". I
managed to pull away and to the right, just over the crossing, as the
stupid fucker swerved to the left and missed my left mirror by a couple
of inches. He carried on speeding down the road.

I was a bit surprised to say the least and just stared at the
disappearing tanker. He had absolutely no excuse for what he did [1]
and I was really pissed off.

If I hadn't had the reflex of checking my mirrors, I'd be a bug splat
on the front of a tanker by now.

So then, own up. Which of you buggers took out the contract?

[1] He had more than ample time to stop and must have shot over that
junction at least three seconds after the lights were red.

Pulled up at set of lights on north circular where it spurs off to A1, ie
busy. Heard screeching tyres, checked mirrors to see AA van barrelling at
    me. Sideways.
The guy went past me on the left and managed to snake through crossing
traffic at speed. I just sat there frozen till the lights changed.
40 seconds later I caught up with him stuck in the usual Brent Cross
    road-block.
    Words were had..!

Don't know where you are, but in this neck of the woods it would appear that
a red light doesn't mean 'Stop', it means 'At least another three vehicles'!

Some cheapskate. If I was to weigh out for that, I'd get someone good
enough to successfully complete the job. This guy was a joke.
