Anti-theft device entraps brainless owner

  2. then again, he didn't do what a chap I know did, spend about an hour
    polishing a newly-acquired bike, think "cor, looks good now, I'll take a
    picture - just move it over there to where the sunshine is...

    Heh, same here with a biodegradeable [1] Honda Civic some years ago.

    Disc was glowing bright orange when I arrived at work.

    Once it was stripped down I had to connect the caliper to my grease gun to
    force the piston out.

    [1] 1977 S Reg, two tone paint scheme (rust and primer), and used to leave
    an orange tide mark in the works carpark when it rained.
